Inspect HVAC units and equipment per maintenance plans and manufacturer’s recommendations for optimal functionality and reliability. Maintain and update inspection logs, ensure proper maintenance strategies, and enforce safety compliance. Coordinate contractor resources for prompt repairs, manage tools and spare parts, and execute assignments from the Senior HVAC Engineer. Liaise on Work Permits and ensure adherence to QatarEnergy HSE regulations.
Direct involvement / know-how in Maintenance of HVAC / Pressurization Systems and associated works (Piping, Ductworks, Insulation, Noise and Vibration Controls etc.) including HVAC Equipment: Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Cooling Towers, Condensers, Pressurization Fans, Pumps, Air Extraction Fans and other related equipment. Computer literate. Fair in Oral and Written English. Ability to read / interpret engineering drawings. Knowledge of QatarEnergy HSE procedures.
